scheduled ride, we call you either the day before your date of service, or 1 hour before your scheduled ride. Once your
driver is in front of your pick up location, one of our representatives will call you to signal the arrival of your car. If you
are coming from Logan International Airport, we call you once your flight has landed to ensure that you connect with
your driver. We don't see you as just another client, we see you as part of our ever growing "community."
