Terms and Service
Reservations
Straight Arrow Transportation is professionally staffed around the clock, seven days a week, 24 hours a day.  For your convenience, advance reservations of 24
hours or more can also be made and confirmed by telephone

We are based in Massachusetts and will transport anywhere in the New England area.  Our preferred reservationists can arrange:  * Customized  tour packages  
* Nights out on the town & Preferred  treatment for special events.  

Sedans
Straight Arrow Transportation executive sedans are customized for comfort and productivity.  All vehicles provide air conditioning, leather seats, AM/FM stereo
cassette sound systems, CD players, reading lights and mobile phone communication with our company headquarters.  Our uniformed chauffeurs are trained in safe
driving, route planning and proper etiquette.

Special Services
Straight Arrow Transportation is pleased to provide many special services to our customers upon request.  This includes, hot or cold beverages, doughnuts and/or
assorted pastries, and daily newspapers.  We can also greet your guest with a gift or flowers.  
*There is an additional $15.00 fee for these services*                

Luggage Handling
* Infant car seats (passenger must provide their own car seat). - No charge.     
* There is a $15.00 additional fee for extra luggage resulting in luggage transport by bungee cord fixation, or being placed in the front passenger seat
of the vehicle.

Fees and Conditions
M
inimum Charge
There is a $53.00 minimum charge for all pickups and drop offs.  All pick ups, are subject to a 15% gas surcharge.  (Prices are subject to change without notice)

Payment
All clients, when making reservations, must have a Straight Arrow Transportation  account or a valid credit card in order access our array of preferred services.

Hourly Rates
Sedans: Our luxury sedans are available by the job or by the hour, for a two hour minimum at $48.00 per hour.  Rates are based on maximum of three passengers
being transported per sedan requested.  Additional individuals to be accommodated in one of our vehicles must be assessed a $10.00 occupancy charge (families
excluded).
Limousines, Vans & SUV;s: Six, eight and ten passenger limousines and 15 passenger vans are also available.  $105.00 per hour (3hr min. & 20% gratuity) for
limousine service.  $95.00 per hour (2hr min. & 20% gratuity) for passenger van service.  $85.00 per hour (2hr min. & 20% gratuity) for SUV service.  When
scheduling, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required.  Please note, a 48-72 hr advance notice is also required for limousines and 24-48 hr notice for vans & SUV's.  

Dedicated service
E
xtra Stops
Extra stops on route will be subject to a $10.00-$15.00 charge per stop of 10 minutes in duration or less.  Longer stops are subject to applicable waiting time cost
assessment beyond the initial 10 minutes.

Tolls
Customers are responsible for paying all tolls.  All rates are exclusive of any additional charges.  Tolls are not included in prices, round trip tolls added where
applicable.

Holidays
The following holidays have an additional $25.00 fee on the day of the holiday and the day before:
* Thanksgiving * Christmas * New Years * Labor Day * Independence Day * Memorial Day.

Waiting Time
* Waiting time is charged at $4.00 per five minute interval.  Dedicated sedan service on multiple stops in Boston, MA area, is billed with a two hour minimum at
$48.00/hour.  Any fraction of an hour will be billed at a one-half hour rate.
*
Straight Arrow Transportation will wait for twenty minutes after the scheduled pick-up time, of which the first five minutes are free.  Unless additional waiting time
is authorized by our headquarters, the sedan will depart and the "no show" charge will be applied to the client's account, including a fifteen minute minimum charge, at
the end of the applicable waiting period.  Customers are requested to inform
Straight Arrow Transportation of any expected changes as early as possible.
* Logan Airport pick-ups: After the flight lands, the passenger has 20 minutes (domestic) or 40 minutes (international) in waiting time at no charge.  An
additional $20.00/hour fee will be charged should flight time be delayed by more than 1 hour.  The applicable period begins from the first announced
delay time by the airline.  After a two hour delay from initial pick-up time, you must contact
Straight Arrow Transportation headquarters in order to
reschedule your pick-up, unless it is an authorized "Dedicated Service."  
* Dedicated Service: Dedicated service for Logan Airport pick-ups is based on $25.00/hr. from scheduled pick-up time until actual arrival.  Meet and Greet
service is also available at a rate of $85.00 at the gate or baggage claim.  Midnight service fee for Logan Airport pick-ups after 12AM-4:59AM is an
additional $25.00.

Cancellations
All cancellations for in town reservations must be made two hours in advance.  For out of town reservations, a three hour notice is required.  For
multiple trips and/or vehicles, van, suv and limousine reservations, a 24hr advance notice is required.  A charge equal to the proposed trip cost plus 20
percent service fee will apply for improper cancellations and any incurred waiting time in case of a "no show."  However, any cancellations made less
than two hours (or time specified, depending on the vehicle and/or trip(s) scheduled) before the scheduled pick-up time will be subject to a fee equal to
the proposed trip cost plus 20% service fee.  A "no show" fee equal to the proposed trip cost including applicable waiting time plus a 20% service fee is
billed when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.  If the customer cannot locate the sedan, he/she should call our office at (617)
593-5533 before seeking alternate transportation, to avoid a "no show" charge.

W
eather
During declared snow storms or other severe weather conditions/emergencies, an additional $55.00 will be charged to the account for all services.

Miscellaneous
1. An additional 15% gas surcharge will be added to all trips.  
2. Multiple trip, limousine, suv and van reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
