Please note:
1.  All accounts, except taxi, are automatically charged 15% gratuity, and a 15% gas surcharge.   Gas surcharges will
not be waived.  Any/All tolls are always charged to an account.
2.  Your account(s), for all services must be used at a minimum of once every 30 days, and be in good standing in order
to maintain account status.  If your account is not used at the minimum, it may be subject to a 90 day probation period.  
Probation periods can be anywhere from 1 to 3 months  and is determined by the account manager.  During probation,
your account will not receive any discounts.
3.  Discounts are for car and parcel service only.
4.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
5.  Billing options are either per schedule/reservation or on a bi-weekly billing cycle.  If bi-weekly billing is chosen,
invoices are due upon receipt.  Any invoices that are late will be subject to a $25.00 late fee per billing cycle.
