Overview
Straight Arrow Transportation is an executive transport service. We offer Executive sedans (Lincoln Town Car),
limousines, and 7 to 15 passenger vans. Shuttles are a new addition to the services we provide. Shuttles Service began in June
2005, with pick ups only in the greater Boston area. We are now able to pick up in any location within Massachusetts. The
purpose of our shuttle is to offer a convenient and more cost effective way for all Massachusetts patrons to travel to Logan Airport or
within the immediate vicinity (ex. Avis Rental Car or Hyatt Harborside Hotel). Shuttles transport to and from Logan International
Airport, and it’s immediate vicinity. At the current time, we can only transport throughout Massachusetts. We use 15 passenger
vans or 21 passenger buses. If a group is small enough, the next available vehicle, will transport the passenger(s) to their
destination.

Terms
Shuttles are by reservation only. A minimum of 2 hours notice is required. A reservation is not complete and scheduled without a
confirmation number. All parties must be on time for scheduled service. The shuttle can only wait 3 minutes and then must depart
for other pick ups to keep within all schedules. Estimated time for arrival to Logan from Boston is about 45 minutes to 1 hour. For
other cities ETA, please ask your shuttle coordinator. Luggage is limited to one large bag and one small bag (ex. carry-on) per
person. Any amount of luggage over the specified limit exceeds luggage capacity and is subject to an additional $5.00 charge
per extra piece.

| Shuttle Rates Trips from Logan are $5.00 above the normal city rate you are traveling to, and is upon availability. Please note, one person traveling from Logan to Boston will be at the rate of $35.00 due to tolls. *Rates are per person* |
We have a special "Family Discount" rate for families of 5 or more. Must be
a party of 5 or more in order to take advantage of the family discount.
Family Discount
Family rates are based on each cities regular rate. Your
family discount would depend on the number of people traveling.
For example, a family of 5 from Newton to Logan would be as follows;
$40.50 per person for the first two people and $20.25 per person for the
remaining 3 people, for a total of $141.75. The normal rate would be $202.50.
a party of 5 or more in order to take advantage of the family discount.

| Things To Remember While Making A Reservation You need to give: • your name • Date and time of pick up • home or cell phone number(s) • address of pick up • drop off location • how much luggage each person will have • how many people are traveling in your party/group • If you are a group or a family & Don't forget to ask for a confirmation number. |
