Choose same day delivery for non-urgent orders. Call-ins from 9:00am -12:00pm delivery will be between

Choose prompt delivery if there is room for flexibility. All deliveries will be completed
within 90 minutes & 2 hours of time ordered.

delivered in the least time possible. Please note, there is an additional $5.00

1. Normal pick-up and delivery times are Monday-Friday and weekends 9:00am-6:00pm.
2. Excess weight, over 30lbs will be at .50 per additional pound.
3. Any delivery exceeding 1 parcel per destination will be an additional $6.50 charge per parcel.
4. After hours pick-ups and deliveries (6:00pm-8:00am next day and holidays) will be surcharged an add'l 50% of base rate.
5. Waiting time will be calculated at $15.00 every 15 minutes. The first 10 minutes are free.
6. Cancellation on arrival, full charges apply.
7. Advanced scheduling is welcome.
8. Wrong address are subjected to additional fees. Minimum is $5.00, in town. Out of town, $20.00 & up
depending on distance
9. Gratuity is automatically added to the parcel price, unless you decide otherwise.
10. All prices are subject to a 15% gas surcharge.
11. Accounts are always welcome and receive discount(s). For pay methods, you can choose from paying per
scheduled delivery or bi-weekly invoice(s) with payments due upon receipt. Any late invoice(s) are subject to a
$25.00 late fee per billing cycle.

Straight Arrow Transportation is available to deliver time-sensitive small parcels anywhere in Massachusetts and abroad.
Whether you are sending 1 package or a multitude of packages, we ensure timely and reliable delivery of each item by
using knowledgeable and highly trained drivers.
Our parcel service is open to the public, and available for your personal or business needs. If you all ready have a sedan
account with us, you do not need to give additional charge information when scheduling a parcel delivery. Just give your
name, your contact phone number, your account number and all drop-off information including all contact names/numbers.
Depending on the option chosen, you will see the delivery assignment on your monthly invoice/statement and/or the
account will be charged within 24hrs of the delivery date.
If you do not have an account with Straight Arrow Transportation, a credit card is required for guarantee purposes. If you
would like to open a parcel account,
there are two options to choose from:
1. To have a valid credit card charged within 24hrs of the delivery date,
2. To have a valid credit card charged bi-weekly or to receive an invoice (bi-weekly) and remit via check. Invoices are
due upon receipt. Late fees ($25.00 per billing cycle) will apply for late payment(s).
Once delivery has been confirmed by the driver, a copy of proof of delivery will be e-mailed or faxed to you either at the
end of that business day, or on the following business day.
